    Day 1

10:00 — group gathering at the railway station and at the airport in Krasnodar. Transfer by minibus to the cordon of the Caucasus State Natural Biosphere Reserve (travel time 3.5 hours).

Plateau Lago-Naki — Broken stream. Having issued passes to the Reserve, we begin our hike! Soon we will go to the observation deck, from where one of the most impressive views of the Caucasus Nature Reserve opens — the huge Lago-Naki plateau. The green hills of the mountains seem ahead, on which the white spots of snowfields flaunt even in the middle of summer. On the alpine meadows Lago-Naki we are heading to the “Stone Sea”. The “Stone Sea” is a real sea of vertical stones, huge boulders and slates, which, under the influence of nature, have forever frozen on a plateau. Having passed the Abadzesh pass, we will go down to the Chopped creek, where we will break our first camp. The active part of the route: 9.3 km, elevation difference 1780–2045 m, route duration 5 hours.

    Day 2

Mountain Oshten (light). Today we have to conquer the mountain Oshten (2804 m.), This is one of the highest points of the republic of Adygea. Having risen on a spur of Oshten, we will see all our yesterday's way. Below, in the valley, high-altitude lakes glisten with bright drops, and our path goes up, along a rocky slope to the top of Oshten. From the top there is a magnificent view of the mountains Fisht, Pshekho-Su and all the vast Lago-Naki plateau! Alpine meadows, rocky gorges of the Tsitsa river, Krasnaya Polyana's three thousand meters and the blue strip of the sea in the distance will be visible ahead. The active part of the route: 15.2 km, elevation difference of 2045–2804 m, the duration of the route is 6-7 hours.

    Day 3

Brook Brook — Guzeriplsky Pass — Armenian Pass — Fisht shelter. Leaving the parking at the Creek brook, we will pass along the southern slope of the already conquered mountain Oshten. Along the way, going up almost to the very edge of the plateau, we will admire the endless expanses of Adygea and the snowy peaks of the Main Caucasian Ridge! Having passed Guzeriplsky and Armenian passes, the trail will lead to the foot of the mountain Fisht. This is the main and most transcendental peak on the Lago-Naki plateau. Its height is 2867 m, only clouds are higher! At the foot of the mountain Fisht, on a huge glade, is located the favorite tourist hut "Fisht". Here the pride of Adygea takes its origin — the beautiful White River, near which there are cozy parking places. For those who have not walked today, it is possible to take a walk to the small Fisht glacier, which is about 10 thousand years old. In sunny weather the glacier sparkles in the sun and shimmers with its emerald colors. And on the way to it, curious tourists often find pieces of ammonites or petrified shells. Scientists often call the mountain group Fisht a “treasure island.” Indeed, in the distant geological past, Adygea was the seabed. And the modern mountains are a coral reef around which the waves of the huge Tethys ocean raged. There are seven wonders at Mount Fisht, one of which is located right at the Fisht shelter. An unusual occurrence here is considered to be too deep occurrence of snow in winter, sometimes reaching a height of 16 m of dense cover. The active part of the route: 12.8 km, elevation difference of 2045-1870-1980-1580 m, the duration of the route 4-5 hours.

    Day 4

Shelter "Fisht" — Fisht-Oshtenovsky Pass — Lake Psenodakh — Maikop Pass. In the morning we go to conquer the Fisht-Oshtenovsky Pass — the most picturesque pass on our route! In addition, it is the highest pass of the thirtieth route, its height is 2,200 meters above sea level. From the pass, breathtaking views open up: in the distance, the sources of the Belaya River are guessed, the harsh summit of the Fisht mountain is very close, and the sacred lake Psenodakh lies ahead. That is where our future journey lies! Psenodakh Lake is located at an altitude of 1938 meters above sea level and is the largest glacial-karst lake in area. The shape of the lake resembles a crescent, and therefore is considered sacred by the locals. It is fed by underground springs and several streams that carry their cold waters into this mountain lake. On the one side of the lake there is a huge funnel, the depth of which reaches 3.5 m. Water flows here, seeping further into the karst cavities. Having a rest near the lake, we continue our way through the alpine meadows. Having descended from the Maikop Pass, we will stop for the night. The active part of the route: 13.6 km, elevation difference 1580-2200-1660 m, the duration of the route is 6-7 hours.

    Day 5

Maikop Pass — Vodopadny shelter. Having gathered camp, we go further along the route. Passing along the southwestern slope of the Pshekho-Su mountain, we will go to the spur of the mountain, after which we will descend along the yew and beech grove to a clearing with waterfalls. Our camp will be located at the foot of the mountain Fisht, on the tourist parking "shelter Vodopadny". The waterfalls flowing down from the wall of the Fisht are an extraordinary sight! Right next to our camp there will be one of the highest waterfalls in Europe — its height is 200 m! There is a curtain of mist around and colorful rainbows sparkle!!! So today we relax and swim in the waterfalls! Here is another one of the seven wonders of Fisht! From the waterfall, located at the western wall of the mountain Fisht, an unusual river is born. It flows through the valley and suddenly disappears and instantly appears a little further on the surface! Ask how is it? It's hard to imagine, you just need to look at this miracle! The active part of the route: 4.2 km, elevation difference 1560-1840-1530 m, the duration of the route is 4-5 hours.

    Day 6

Shelter Waterfall — Circassian pass — shelter "Babuk-Aul". Today we get up early, while the hot summer sun is still not too warm, and hit the road. We have to climb the Cherkess pass. Then the forest zone begins, magnificent beeches grow, and the path is crossed by numerous streams — tributaries of the Shah River. And after — welcome to the "Merry Descent"! Take care of your knees, we have to go down almost 1500 m! The descent goes through the forest and the lower we go down, the stronger the climate change is felt. The mountains of the Lago-Naki Plateau are far behind, the air becomes warm and humid, and with each step we feel how we are approaching the coast. For the night we stop at the tourist site "Babuk-Aul". The active part of the route: 19.3 km, elevation difference 1530-1836-340 m, the duration of the route is 10-11 hours.

    Day 7

Shelter "Babuk-Aul" — pos. Solokh-aul — pos. Dagomys. What is really there to hide when the tourists come to our route "Thirty", then from the first day of the hike all together go to the sea :)). Every day everybody is interested in whether the sea is still far away, and whether it is not visible from here!… Today our instructor will gladly please you: the sea is very close! In the morning we descend to the village of Solokh-aul, leaving the Caucasus Reserve. On the road we are accompanied by the river Shah, and the path itself goes through a boxwood grove. We will find ourselves in the grip of this wild and ancient forest: there is always light twilight here, greenish moss hangs from the trees… And then there is a feeling that you were in a dense, fairy-tale forest! From the village of Solokh-aul, a regular bus will take us to the village of Dagomys, to the long-awaited, warm sea! Sunbathing, relaxing, swimming! In Dagomys our campaign ends. The active part of the route: 16.8 km, elevation of 340-150 m, the duration of the route is 6 hours.

The group arrives in the village of Dagomys around 17:00. On the same day you can go home. From Dagomys to Sochi, just 15 km away, the journey time by train is 30 minutes. You can also continue your holiday on the coast: stay on the beach in Dagomys with a tent or rent a house.

Depending on the weather conditions, the physical condition of the participants and other factors, the route of the trip may be changed.
