Cupid in the hierarchy of the world's greatest rivers occupies the ninth place in length. It flows through the Amur estuary into the Tatar Strait and the Sakhalin Bay in the Sea of Okhotsk. The length from the source of Argun is 4440 km, from the confluence of Shilka and Argun is 2824 km, within the Khabarovsk Territory - 1534 km. The water flow in the city of Khabarovsk is 8600 m3. m3 / sec, in the mouth - 11330 cubic meters. m3 / sec. Cupid flows through the territory of 6 districts of the Khabarovsk Territory: Khabarovsk, Nanaisk, Amur, Komsomol, Ulch and Nikolaev. The largest tributaries of the Amur River in the Khabarovsk Territory are Amgun, Anyui, Tunguska, Bureya, Ussuri. On the Kazakevich channel and the Ussuri River, for 265 km, the border with China runs. In its branching into several branches, the Amur forms a large number of floodplain lakes, a channel and old people.

Lake Bologna. Bolon (Bolin, Nuri-Odzhal or Bowlen-Odzhal) is a lake in Russia, in the Amur region of the Khabarovsk Territory, in the north-eastern part of the Middle Amur lowland. The area is 338 km ², the depth is up to 4 m. It is located in the Amur floodplain, the shortest distance to the left bank the river is about 10 km. The distance from the city of Amursk is about 40 km to the south-west. The food is snow-rain. The Simmi, Harpy and Sumni rivers flow into the lake. There are several islands on the lake. The island of Yadasen (or Iagdasen), located in the middle of the lake, is known for its ancient extinct volcano. To the southern part of the lake adjoins the state nature reserve Bologna, formed in 1998. From the lake flows the channel Si, [1] flowing into the channel of the Silver River Amur. On the bank of the Cey channel is the national village of Achan in the Amur region of the Khabarovsk Territory. On the bank of the Silver channel was Achansky jail Erofeya Khabarova (1651-1652 gg.). The name of the Silver channel was obtained from unsuccessful attempts to find silver ore in the suction located near this channel. In the lake area, there are 11 species of amphibians and reptiles, 52 species of fish, 179 species of birds and 40 species of mammals.

Cape Dayhonko. A fine, well-washed wide shore, which allows to fully equip the camp, the abundance of firewood and, most importantly, the presence of spring water on the right side of the cape. At the cape, archaeologists and locals often find traces of the ancient man's stay: stone arrowheads, tools, clay crocks. According to the method of processing the findings are dated 5-4 thousand. years BC.

The island of Yadasen. The island of Yadasen (the locals call it Tuf) is an extinct volcano on Lake Balon. It is formed by porous volcanic rocks. The island is based on bare stones, 20-25 m above the lake. Bologna. The island has a relict, historical and eco-educational significance. On the island of Yadasen of Lake Bologna there was a Jurchen fortress, and through the island itself was the path of a shaman. The island of Yadasen is also interesting geologically, as it is a cone of an extinct volcano. It is the rarest volcano in the world in the middle of a freshwater lake. Scientists believe that in a thousand years this volcano can wake up. On the western shore of the island towers a huge stone with pronounced features of a person. This is the so-called Shaman-stone, a place of mysterious rituals and worship of the spirits of the lake. For the indigenous population, shamanism is still taboo, so it is extremely difficult to know which rituals were performed. But it is known that they are held in our days. Local people talk about the sacred power of the island and that it gives vitality to men, and women heals from infertility. The island of volcanic origin is shrouded in different legends and myths since the Middle Ages. Attracts Yadasen and ufologists, whose instruments are off scale in different parts of it, and the number of eyewitnesses who have observed a UFO over it is estimated in dozens.

The island of Gyuldegen, according to one of the legends, is a servant of the giamata (shaman's bride) About the mysterious islands, the local people have legends. Here is one of them, told by the keeper of the national folklore of Lindsay Kile: "There was a wedding. The bride-hyamata, along with her friends, sailed along the lake in a boat to the groom. By custom, it has always been so. In the boat she was carrying a rich dowry: clothes, cauldrons, plaits, sturgeon and much more. To meet her came the numerous brothers of the groom, other people. The groom himself met the hyamat too on the boat. Suddenly, a whirlwind struck, and the bride lost her wedding cap. Everyone saw that she was bald. The hyamata became petrified with shame. Both the groom and his brothers petrified. Petrified boat with dowry, rowers and bridesmaids. The bride and the boat became the island of Yadasen, the groom - the island of Gyuldegen. The groom's brothers are capes that descend to Lake Bologna from the north-west. And today you can find a cauldron, and a sturgeon fish cut into pieces, and a wild boar, and various other petrified things. "

The village of Achan. Its history is the village of Achan from the time when the ancient Nanai clan of Khodzher founded its tribal camp on the shores of Lake Bologna. In 1651, Russian sailors and explorers, led by Yerofey Khabarov, built a small fortress near the camp and was named "Achani town" - this place became part of the history of Russian art. In 1977, the village of Bologna, Nanaisky district, was included in the Amur district and by the decision of the Amur City Executive Committee from 07.10.1977, No. 342 was renamed to the village of Achan (in translation from Nanai - "Meeting"). The National Cultural Center "SILAMSE" in the village of Achan under the guidance of the curator of the national folklore Nina Pavlovna Geiker and with the support of the Chairman of the Association of the Indigenous Peoples of the North of the Amur Region Polina Khodzher, along with numerous followers and students, a lot of work is carried out to revive and preserve the indigenous culture of Nanai people: rituals, customs , ancient legends and legends, arts and crafts, song and dance creativity.

Petroglyphs. Monuments of the ancient civilization, peers of the Egyptian pyramids. Images carved on large stones - monuments of ancient rock art. Petroglyphs of Sikachi-Alyan are located on large basalt boulders along the right bank of the river. Amur, near the villages of Sikachi-Alyan and Malyshevo (Khabarovsk region), 70 km from Khabarovsk. They are images of masks, animals, birds, snakes, boats, holes - holes and concentric circles. A total of about 300 drawings have been found, at present there are no more than 160. The drawings are made with a stone tool by the method of deep grooved embossing and with an iron tool in the style of carved technique. Images refer to the era of the Mesolithic, Neolithic, Early Iron Age and early Middle Ages and date back to the XIIth millennium BC. - the first half of the 1st millennium AD. The first scientific descriptions and studies of petroglyphs of the Lower Amur belong to RK Maak, who examined the valley of the river. Ussuri in 1859 and N. Alftan (1894). It is assumed that people began to create them on the banks of the Amur more than 3000 years ago. That is, the Amur petroglyphs are peers of the Egyptian pyramids. A picture of a horse was found on one of the boulders. Archaeologists say that horses were driven around the Amur only in the ice age. This is the oldest petroglyph. Several thousand petroglyphs are scattered along the banks of the Amur River. Until now, not all petroglyphs are known. Many are carried to the bottom by the flood waters of the Amur, and so they did not have time to sketch, but only saw. Some turned face down from the pressure of the ice floes during the ice drift, and no one now knows which inverted boulder hides the stone face.
